We are excited to announce the release of Dragon Medical One (DMO) 2024.3, bringing significant enhancements to streamline clinical documentation processes. This update introduces new features and important changes to support policies, ensuring that healthcare professionals have access to the most efficient and secure tools for their documentation needs.
Administrators can now enable or disable auto-text formatting options such as bolding, italicizing, and bulleted lists at the organization, site, or group level through the Nuance Management Center (NMC).
Users will now receive a clear message when their active login session expires, prompting them to log back in to Dragon Medical One. This feature enhances security and ensures continuous, authorized access to the system.
We’ve updated our support definitions to provide clearer guidance on the lifecycle of Dragon Medical One releases:
Support Phase | Duration | Description |
---|---|---|
Supported | 12 months | Full support with issue investigation and resolution |
Limited Support | 6 months | Basic support with limited issue resolution |
End of Life (EOL) | After 24 months | No longer functional due to cloud infrastructure updates |
The end of support date for Dragon Medical One LTSR, previously set for June 30, 2024, has been postponed. A revised date will be communicated in the future.
