Dragon Copilot now supports 58 spoken languages for capturing patient-clinician conversations. The application interface remains in English, transcripts are written in the spoken language, and clinical notes are generated in English — automatically.

Auto-Generated Clinical Letters Physician
Dragon Copilot now generates three new clinical document types directly from ambient recording sessions:
- Consultation summaries / letters to the GP — summarizing the encounter for referring physicians
- Patient letters — direct written communication to the patient about their visit
- Referral letters — documentation for specialist referrals
Letters appear in a new Documents section where clinicians review and edit before transferring to the EHR. They can be configured to auto-generate after every recording — meaning the documentation that typically takes minutes to write manually is produced automatically the moment the encounter ends.

Ambient recording now captures, structures, and sends diagnosis information directly to the EHR as structured data. 120-Minute Ambient Recording Physician
The maximum ambient recording time per session increases from 75 minutes to 120 minutes. A notification appears when 30 minutes of recording time remain, and recording stops automatically at the limit.
This is a meaningful change for complex encounters — psychiatric evaluations, multidisciplinary team meetings, surgical consults, and lengthy patient histories that previously bumped against the 75-minute ceiling.

A consolidated nurse note experience links each note to a single interaction’s transcript. Notes can be created, edited, and regenerated throughout the shift.
