The Legal AI Assistant runs on Speech Recognition Legal, a speech engine built specifically for legal work. It recognizes legal terminology, case citations, and the phrasing that general-purpose speech engines routinely mangle — which matters, because a document assembled on top of a flawed transcript is a flawed document.
It also holds up where legal audio is actually captured: multi-speaker hearings, depositions, and rooms that were never designed for recording. Your recordings, transcripts and processed data are used to produce your results and nothing else — not to improve Philips’ models, not to train third-party AI systems. AI-processed data is cleared automatically after processing.
Backed by Azure’s cloud infrastructure, with secure backup options included.
Account administrators can restore accidentally deleted dictations for up to 30 days.
Recordings are encrypted and access is controlled by role at every stage of the workflow.
