SpeechLive runs on Microsoft Azure, and your recordings and documents are stored in the Azure region designated for your service area — Philips publishes those hosting locations rather than leaving it vague.
Your recordings, transcripts and processed data are used to produce your results and nothing else — not to improve Philips’ models, and not to train third-party AI systems. AI-processed data is cleared automatically after processing.
Backed by Azure’s cloud infrastructure, with secure backup options included.
Account administrators can restore accidentally deleted dictations for up to 30 days.
Recordings are encrypted and access is controlled by role at every stage of the workflow.
