Clinicians creating workflows now have more flexibility with enhanced keyboard shortcut support. This brings broader support for desktop hotkeys and aligns with legacy Dragon Medical One step-by-step command behavior.

Lines, Drains & Airways — Additions and Removals Nursing

Nurses can now seamlessly add new LDAs or remove existing LDAs while documenting patient care, expanding beyond the existing ability to complete LDA assessments. This workflow is fully integrated end-to-end with Epic Rover and Epic Hyperspace.

To ensure accuracy, users should clearly verbalize the patient’s gender when relevant to LDA placement or removal documentation.

Verify EHR User Linking Nursing

An added layer of security ensures each Dragon Copilot nursing user connects to the correct EHR identity. When enabled, users complete a simple one-time sign-in to their EHR account from within Dragon Copilot. The system compares the user’s authenticated EHR identity with the administrator-configured mapping.

• Identities match: The user accesses only their own EHR-originated sessions
• Identities don’t match: The user receives a notification to contact their administrator

This safeguard reduces the risk of exposing sensitive clinical data to the wrong user. Voice Automated handles provisioning and configuration as part of standard onboarding and support.
