Product Announcement: Nuance Management Center 6.3, Dragon Medical One Analytics & Dragon Medical Advisor Analytics 1.2 coming soon
Nuance has announced the upcoming availability of the following products:
- Nuance Management Center 6.3 coming August 29, 2019
- Dragon Medical One Analytics 1.2 coming September 10, 2019
- Dragon Medical Advisor Analytics 1.2 coming September 10, 2019
- Dragon Medical One 5.0 (19.1.4741.0)
Nuance Management Center 6.3
This release provides new features and enhancements designed to increase security for end-users and improve database performance.
Database resiliency and performance enhancements
- Improved database resiliency and overall performance ensure the speed and reliability of end-user operations.
New features
- The Specialty and Sub-Specialty fields now include the most commonly used specialties. Extended characters are now supported in logins and passwords.
Dragon Medical One Analytics 1.2
Dragon Medical One Analytics, part of Nuance Healthcare Analytics platform, will be available to all Dragon Medical One customers through the NMC. The dashboards are available on a self-service basis with weekly data refreshes. A default group within NMC has been created for users to access Dragon Medical One Analytics. Access is role-based and requires access to the following default group: Dragon Medical Analytics
- Dashboards include the following reports:
- User productivity
- User efficiency
- User dictation quality
- User details
- Productivity forecast
- Each dashboard has filtering capabilities and utilizes the power of Microsoft PowerBI for drill-down and drill-through capabilities. The filters include:
- Site
- Group
- Specialty
- Input device
- Improved report performance allows for faster report load and response times.
Dragon Medical Advisor Analytics 1.2
- New Report: Encounter-level Usage and Adoption Report allows report users to evaluate adoption and usage statistics with an updated logic that aggregates advice within a patient visit/encounter. This reduces noise, and the simplified format will more easily allow report users to understand how adoption is going and identify actionable next steps.
- Enhancements to existing reports:
- Filter updates (new filters, updates to date selection filter)
- Ability to apply “view by” granularity to any visuals with a date breakdown
- Specificity level drill-down
- Improved report performance allows for faster report load and response times.
